Personal information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used to manage and administer Strathcona County’s golf course activities, including tee time bookings, lesson registration, passes, tournaments and point of sale reporting and accounting. Strathcona County uses a third party hosted solution called Chronogolf to manage its golf course activities. When you create an account with Chronogolf and use a service offered by the Broadmoor Golf Course, Chronogolf will share your personal information with Strathcona County.

Please be advised that your account information may be shared with other golf courses that use Chronogolf golf course management software. If you should choose to download and use the Gallus Golf App for your mobile device, your profile is shared with Gallus Golf, Chronogolf and Strathcona County when you book a service offered by the Broadmoor Golf Course.
